After our successful visit from Brackenbury school, our Eco Committee is continuing to make links with the wider community. On Friday we hosted Sophie Smith, who runs gardening clubs in a school in Reading. Sophie also joined in with Class 6 gardening club and helped us pot on basil and oregano that was planted in January.
Exciting news – the Eco Committee have written a letter to Enrico Medi Primary School in Macerata in central Italy (where Ms Martin used to work) to invite them to collaborate with us: the plan is for the letter to be hand delivered to the school during the Easter holidays!
