Christmas Assembly by Reverend Sam Ryland, local Vicar.
We were delighted to welcome Reverend Sam Ryland, who is the Vicar at St Andrew’s Church. He came in to talk with the children about the meaning of Christmas. The children got to play a game of ‘Pass the Parcel’, with each layer revealing another reason you may celebrate throughout the year.
The final layer being Christmas paper and the children talked about why Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus.
